These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Restoration Services GTA website and the services we provide. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

We provide emergency and scheduled property restoration services, including water, fire, mold, asbestos, and storm damage restoration and reconstruction. Any quote or estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and may change once the full scope of a loss is assessed on site. A binding agreement is formed only by a signed work authorization or written contract.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security. Information on the site is provided for general guidance and does not constitute professional, legal, or insurance advice. Always confirm specifics with a qualified professional and your insurer.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Restoration Services GTA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

Where a loss is covered, we can document the work to insurer standards and bill your insurance company directly. You remain responsible for your policy deductible and for any work or charges not covered by your insurer. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance provider.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
