Our work follows the standards set by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the recognized standards body for the restoration industry. Our lead technicians carry specialized certifications, including:

We carry comprehensive commercial general liability insurance and maintain workplace coverage for our crews through Ontario's Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). That means you are protected from liability for work performed on your property, and our team is covered while on site. Certificates of insurance are available on request.

Hazardous work is performed to the applicable provincial standards. Asbestos abatement and lead handling are completed by trained crews following Ontario Ministry of Labour regulations, with proper containment, disposal, and documentation. Reconstruction work is carried out to current building-code requirements.

Because we document every loss to insurer standards and use the estimating tools adjusters rely on, we can bill most covered claims directly to your insurance company. In a typical covered loss, your only out-of-pocket cost is your policy deductible.
